Teletherapy and Electronic Communications
All teletherapy sessions are conducted through HIPAA-compliant platforms. We use Zoom for Healthcare, which has signed a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us to protect your health information during video sessions.
Email and text communications may not be secure. By providing us with your email address or phone number, you consent to receive appointment reminders and general communications through these methods. We will not send detailed clinical information via unencrypted email or text.
Website Privacy
When you visit our website, we may collect certain information automatically, including:
- Browser type and operating system
- Pages visited and time spent on pages
- Referring website
- IP address (anonymized)
We use this information to improve our website and services. This information is not linked to your health information.
